Alright! How's it going?!  I'm Reece, I'm 20 years old from Motherwell and I am recruiting a new Personal Development Worker to support me to live my good life.

I'm a college student, a football fan, a friend and neighbour.

People who know me well describe me as a comedian, fun to be around, enthusiastic energetic and inquisitive. I'm also super fast! Whizzing around from place to place.

Through the week, you would support me to go to college, which I LOVE! I love being in the thick of it and keen to get involved in every part of student life, learning in class, taking part and hanging out with college pals, both at college and outside too. At the weekends, you'll find me in the stands supporting 'the mighty well, joining in the football chat and chants with other Motherwell supporters.

As a match for me, I am looking for a new team member who can help motivate me to be organised and help me maintain my tenancy, as living in my own home is still quite new to me. You'll assist me with cooking, being a good neighbour, and in the future, support me to look at the world of work and possibly volunteering. You will also need to be active, to keep pace with me.. Are you up to it?
