Area Coordinator for Lanarkshire Wanted!

At C-Change Scotland, our Finance and Business (FaB) Team are “anything” but your typical administrators and number-crunchers. We’re quirky, personable, efficient, and have a great sense of humour (we promise)!

We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us bring some good mood and future changing magic to our Lanarkshire team. If you're someone who can juggle numerous hats without breaking a sweat, we’d love to meet you!

What We Do:

The FaB Team plays a key strategic role in driving business improvement and finding fresh, new ways to support our colleagues and the People We Work For. Think of us as the friendly efficiency experts with a twist!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • You’ll be wearing multiple hats every day – expect a mix of finance, admin, HR, and the occasional superhero cape.
  • Be ready to bring order to chaos, while keeping things light-hearted and fun.
  • Collaborate, innovate, and form strong relationships across the board. You won’t be working alone, but you will have a lot of freedom.

Your Personality:

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and always up for a challenge.
  • A natural relationship builder with a knack for making things work efficiently, but always with a smile.
  • Passionate about diversity, equality, and the values we hold dear at C-Change.

Your Skills:

  • Top-notch organisational skills (we mean, next level!)
  • Tech-savvy and confident using various software systems and communication tools.
  • Admin experience is a must! But a background in HR, Finance, or Payroll? Even better!

Perks of the Post:

  • 30 days of annual leave (rising to 35 days after 5 years of service)
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • Life Assurance
  • Employee Savings Scheme
  • Cycle to Work & Tech Scheme
  • Health Plan

Details:

  • Hours: 37.5 per week
  • Salary: £28,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working: A mix of home, Glasgow, and Lanarkshire bases.
  • Permanent role (following a successful probation period)
  • Basic disclosure check required.

Ready to jump into this exciting and fast-paced adventure with us? Interviews will be held in the beginning of October – so apply now and let’s be FaB together!
